We value transparency and stewardship. As we transition to a new CPA and migrate our 2024–2025 records, our Annual Financial Statements and IRS Form 990 filings will be posted here once complete.

Because the Lord supplies us with resources for ministry through individual, organizational, and corporate contributions, we recognize our accountability to both God and our donors. We have a responsibility to be faithful stewards and to maintain integrity and openness in our financial practices. Therefore, we are committed to the following standards:

• We subscribe to a written Statement of Faith affirming our commitment to evangelical Christian doctrine. The advancement of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ is the primary objective of our financial stewardship.
  
  
• We are governed by a responsible, engaged Board of Directors—most of whom are independent—in line with recognized nonprofit governance best practices.
  
  
• The Board of Directors will meet as needed to set policies, approve budgets, and review operational results and ministry accomplishments.
  
  
• We engage an independent certified public accounting (CPA) firm to conduct an annual audit and to report on financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP).
  
  
•  We adopt, maintain, and annually certify compliance with our Conflict of Interest Policy and Code of Ethics.

  
  
• We reject manipulative or deceptive fundraising and honor donor privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  
  
• Project-restricted contributions are applied to the specified project; up to five percent (5%) may be used for that project’s administrative and logistical expenses. If a project is fully funded and additional funds cannot be wisely utilized, Journey Global Missions will direct the remaining balance to a closely related, pressing need.
