Journey Global Missions is proud to partner with Pastor Tek Dahal, Founder of 105.1 Good News Radio and Gethsemane Airport Church in Kathmandu, Nepal. Through both radio and YouTube, Pastor Dahal boldly proclaims the Gospel across Nepal, reaching tens of thousands with the message of Jesus Christ.
Strategically located in the heart of Kathmandu, 105.1 Good News Radio has been on the air since Christmas Day, 2006. For years, Good News Radio was the only Christian radio station in Kathmandu, with an additional broadcast location in Western Nepal. Operating 17 hours a day, the station reaches over 85,000 listeners daily, offering worship, biblical teaching, and encouragement to a population with limited access to Christian media.
In addition to radio, Pastor Dahal shares daily biblical messages on his YouTube channel, which has over 51,000 subscribers. His digital outreach extends the ministry’s impact well beyond city limits – bringing the hope of Christ to homes, villages, and unreached communities across Nepal, home to a population of 1.7 million.
Journey Global Missions
Journey Global Missions was inspired by Paul’s missionary journeys to Asia Minor and Europe which played a crucial role in the formation and development of the First Century Church. Today Journey Global Missions continues to embrace the biblical fundamentals of the early Church by assisting and working with the local Church and those sent and supported by the local Church. Paul’s journey, his inspired teachings and instruction which started in the local Church at Antioch were consistent with Matthew 28: 19-20 when Jesus said: “Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you;”
